Size & age guide

Every Kobe ride is built around a stage of growing up. Match your child's age and inseam to the right ride β€” and know they'll have room to grow into it.

Start with their age

How to size a balance bike

The seat height should sit at β€” or just below β€” your child's inseam, so both feet rest flat on the ground. That flat-foot contact is what makes a balance bike feel safe from the very first push.

1
Measure their inseam
Socks on, back to a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of the inner leg.
2
Match it to the seat range
Pick a bike whose minimum seat height is equal to or just under that number.
3
Leave room to grow
The seat post raises as they do β€” most riders get two to three years out of one bike.
