We stand behind every frame. If a manufacturing defect shows up, we'll make it right.
2 years
on every frame
Balance bikes, tiny trikes, scooters and unicycles are covered against frame and workmanship defects for two full years.
60 days
on skateboards
Penny cruisers are covered against deck, truck and bearing defects for 60 days from delivery.

Frame cracks or welds that fail in normal use
Defective bearings, hardware or fasteners
Manufacturing flaws in wheels, decks or handlebars
Anything that arrives damaged or missing parts

Normal wear — scuffs, scratches and faded grips
Damage from crashes, misuse or modifications
Tires and brake pads worn through riding
Rust from being left out in the rain

Email support with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We repair or replace
Approved claims get a free part or a brand-new ride, on us.
